All payments are processed securely through Bisdesk’s online payment system. Guests are charged when a reservation is made, and hosts are paid 10 days after check-in. How you’re paid is up to you: You can set up direct deposit, PayPal, or a number of other options.

Bisdesk has a seven day from booking confirmation, cancellation policy where a client can cancel their booking without any cost. There will be a 15% cancellation charge for any cancellations after this period.
